What This Shows Us
John the Baptist pointed at Jesus and called Him the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Peter says we were ransomed by the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish. Forgiveness cost Him everything and is offered to us freely.
God's Promise
Forgiveness and new life are found in Christ.
